While many in the spotlight are throwing their support and money behind Planned Parenthood, America’s largest abortion chain, there are still many pro-life celebrities who have chosen to use their influence for good. Our friends over at Live Action News put together this list of ten celebrities who are speaking out against abortion. 1. Tim […]
Back in June, actress Martha Plimpton sat casually on the stage of Seattle’s Town Hall at an event hosted by #ShoutYourAbortion. Next to her was former Planned Parenthood medical director and self-proclaimed “Christian” abortionist, Willie Parker, who cites his faith as his reason for performing abortions. Plimpton began the casual interview with Parker by telling […]
The media has done an effective job of condemning many people who have an association with the Ku Klux Klan — but one exception to this seems to be Planned Parenthood’s “beloved” founder, Margaret Sanger. Margaret Sanger is usually described as a “birth control pioneer” who founded Planned Parenthood, but she also met with members […]
On Tuesday, longtime pro-choice activist and Oregon governor, Kate Brown, officially signed into law a bill which forces taxpayers to pay for abortions of both citizens and undocumented immigrants. Constituents will be required to pay taxes that will directly provide abortions, even in the most extreme cases. What is known as the Reproductive Health Equity […]
One of my dear childhood friends got married last week and, as weddings so often go, many tears of joy were shed. As for me, emotions ran high when her little brother walked down the aisle as the ring bearer. He’s an incredible guy–about to start high school, has the best sense of humor and […]
For anyone who’s ever been adopted, it’s a common desire to seek out your biological parents. The people whose blood runs through your veins and whose DNA you’re made up of. For Melissa Ohden, that journey was much different. When she was born, Melissa weighed less than three pounds. She was cared for by NICU nurses […]
Via the Washington Free Beacon, I watched this James Franco (yes that James Franco) interview of Elizabeth Harman, a philosophy professor at Princeton. You really should watch it, if for Franco’s facial expressions alone. Get important pro-life news, straight to your inbox To make a long story short, she argues that fetuses have no moral […]
Dear Nicki,I know you don’t know me. There’s actually no possible way you know who I am. Regardless, if someone, even a stranger, had something ground-breaking to tell you, wouldn’t you want to hear it?I’m about to tell you something you don’t realize. But in order to talk to you now, I need to go […]
Live Action News–News out of China tells the story of a tiny baby who survived an abortion. China has some of the worst human rights abuses in the world, particularly when it comes to abortion. One of only a handful of countries that allows late-term abortion, population control policies have caused Chinese women to be subjected to forced abortions, […]
Caution: this post contains graphic images of a miscarried child. All images are credited to Felicia Cash and were posted with permission. Live Action News–“He is very obviously human, not a cluster of cells, not a lump of tissue, not a blob of unformed flesh.” Felicia Cash and her husband struggled with infertility for 13 […]
I’ve had a miscarriage. In fact, I’ve had three. I’ve lost three children… and I don’t really talk about it much. It wasn’t until my last miscarriage that I really began to “feel” the loss. For whatever reason, I disregarded my first loss. With my second loss I felt that because it was so early, […]
In his Netflix special “2017,” Louis C.K. challenges a topic even comedians often leave untouched. The issue of abortion is nearly one-sided when it comes to the limelight. Hollywood, actors and comedians alike, more often than not, have chosen to ignore the lives of the unborn, the very lives that are taken by abortion. But in “2017,” […]
